ChaLEAN Extreme Home Fitness Program Day 6

ChaLEAN Extreme Home Fitness ProgramWow, made it almost an entire week on ChaLEAN Extreme! I’m proud of myself! I really didn’t want to work out this morning since I had such a late workout yesterday, but I did it anyway.

Chalene does it again, royally kicking my butt with her Burn It Off! cardio routine. Interval training at its best! I worked my way through the entire 30 minutes, even though I skipped a couple of the exercises (like the Burpees) because I can’t physically do them yet. Once again every exercise shows a modification, which is great.

Today was also yoga day with the Recharge workout. Once again a great flexibility workout. I love doing Yoga. When I lost weight before I was surprisingly flexible and I can’t wait to get back to that level. It’s such a good stretch, especially with lifting weights.

Calories burned: 730!

Tomorrow is a rest day on the schedule, but I’m going to add Day 4 on there since I missed it. I’m looking forward to seeing my results at weigh in. I’m also debating if I should do some measurements this week or if I should wait until the end of the month. What do you think? Measurements now or later?
