Regardless of where you are this workout is a quick and easy way to get your sweat on with no equipment needed! All you need is a deck of cards and around 30 minutes for this full body workout. If you don’t like one of the exercises I’ve added, you can customize it for you.

Deck of Cards Workout Rules

Needed: Set of cards, including Jokers

To Play: Shuffle the deck and place in a pile. Flip over the top card and complete the set that corresponds to that card. Rest for up to 30 seconds. Flip the next card and complete the next set. Continue until you reach the end of the deck.

The card suit will tell you the exercise to do:

  • Hearts: Crunches
  • Diamonds: Burpees (modify with a chair if necessary)
  • Clubs: Squats (use a weight if you want)
  • Spades: Push Ups (any variety you want according to your fitness level)

Don’t be afraid to modify any exercise to suit your fitness level. You can do jumping jacks, lunges, etc.

The number on the card is the number of reps that you will be doing:

  • Numbers 1-10: Number of Reps
  • Jack: 11 Reps
  • Queen: 12 Reps
  • King: 13 Reps
  • Ace: 14 Reps
  • Joker: 5 Reps of each exercise

If you want to make it more challenging, you can increase the number of reps to whatever number you want. You can double each value, etc.
