Healthy Meal Plan for April 6, 2015
Oh man this week is crazy nuts for me! It’s going to be a week of grab and go meals. Between baseball, cub scouts, fireman’s auxiliary and work, there’s not a whole lot of time to cook a meal.
Fueling your body with healthy food doesn’t have to be hard. I try to give you a variety of ideas for healthy breakfasts and lunches each week along with my healthy meal plan for dinners.
