Wow!  The year is nearly over. What good things have you accomplished this year?  What are your plans for next year?  My goals include getting my bum in hear to run a half marathon before the year is over along with a few 5ks. Then also to get my personal trainer certification to go along with my recently acquired nutrition certification. This is the year that I’m following my dreams!

I’m sure you’re recovering from the holidays, so this week we are going to have some quick and light recipes. Here’s your healthy meal plan for this week!

Monday
Quick & Easy Balsamic Salmon, Asparagus & Red Potatoes

Wednesday – New Year’s Eve
It’s my birthday – Chinese for supper!! Sweet & Sour Chicken with Cauliflower Fried Rice

Thursday – HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Meatloaf with Zucchini Noodles with Tomatoes and Pesto and Red Potatoes

Spinach Turkey Meatball Pasta

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo with Greek Yogurt
