Healthy Meal Plan Monday: December 29, 2014
Wow! The year is nearly over. What good things have you accomplished this year? What are your plans for next year? My goals include getting my bum in hear to run a half marathon before the year is over along with a few 5ks. Then also to get my personal trainer certification to go along with my recently acquired nutrition certification. This is the year that I’m following my dreams!
