The rumors are true, Team Beachbody is coming out with a new home workout program and its by non other that Chalene Johnson the creator of Turbofire and Chalean Extreme. The new PiYo workout will be released later this year and I will keep you up to date, just make sure you register with me as a FREE member of my fitness team.  The new PiYo workout will be amazing workout that combines yoga and pilates to improve flexibility, burn calories, and build lean muscle.

I will share more information as I learn of it so that you are the first to know.  We are super excited for the new PiYo workout and know that it will be an amazing program to help you continue living a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

PiYo has been taught in gyms for years, but now we are excited to package it as a home fitness program that will work into any schedule, no matter where you are located. If you’re like me and have children, it is so much more convenient to work out at home than to have to travel to a gym and not to mention, find a babysitter. Here, you can workout in the the comfort of home and feel like you’re getting a one-on-one session with Chalene Johnson herself.

If you are looking at me like I’m crazy right now because you have no idea what a PiYo workout actually is, that’s ok! I’ve posted a video below that will give you a little glimpse of what it will be like. Like I said above, I will continue to share with you guys the details of the program, release date, equipment needed, and any other thing that I can as soon as I learn.  If you are not working with a Team Beachbody Coach I would love to help and support you to your goals. Chalene Johnson shared with us that these workouts are great for people that need a workout that torches calories, needs something low impact (no jumping), and maybe has a hard time enjoying yoga or pilates.  I would imagine there will be a modifier in the new program as this will be for beginners and advanced.
